The internet problem resolved

The other day I received a letter from O2 confirming that my landline and internet connection will be canceled at the end of March.

I’m so relieved that I have this in writing. That’s that problem solved and in the end I got what I wanted.

Yesterday I sent off the letter to T-Mobile about canceling my contract early. I still have to supply evidence of my move (my deregistration form) but let’s see what they say. I hope it will be resolved with less frustration than the O2 issue.
